A successful Pollinator Habitat Grant Application Workshop was presented by our chapter’s Education Committee on August 26 at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Cheryl Folkes developed the workshop to encourage more people to learn about and apply for our Pollinator Habitat Grant for up to $500.
Bev Morrison presented great information on the value of trees for pollinators and Nancy Saint explained some of the questions on the application form.
Applications are due September 15.
