Maintenance

Effective in a wildflower garden as either a specimen or background plant. Provide well drained soil. Tolerant of poor, rocky soils. Cut back after it becomes dormant.

A bushy perennial with gray velvet-like leaves and yellow flowers. (Another common name is Velvet Leaf Senna). Annual/Perennial. Attracts butterflies Larval Host: Sleepy Orange, Sulphur butterflies
