Maintenance

Best grown in full sun and dry, gravelly soils to avoid rotting plant. Great self-seeding annual for the xeric flower garden. Propagation: Seed.

Comments

Blooms June-November. Erect, open, diffusely branched plant. Leaves are sparse, long and thin with a central crease and pointed tip & densely covered with fine, minute hairs. No ray flowers, only white to pink solitary disk flowers. Pollination: Nectar insects.
