Doug Tallamy – via Skype – will address why oaks are a keystone plant and three additional on-site speakers will discuss tree canopies, oak galls and native plants that do well in the shade. After that, there will be a walking tour of the Thrive Nature Park led by Master Naturalist Diane Wetherbee.
