Native Plant Society of Texas

State Board Meetings are held four times a year on the third Saturday of January, April, July, and October.  The January and July meetings are normally held in Fredericksburg, Texas, the site of the state office.  The actual meeting site in Fredericksburg is normally at the Gillespie County Historical Society.  The GCHS building is next door to the NPSOT state office at 312 West San Antonio Street.  The meetings in April and October are held at the site of the annual Fall Symposium, which varies year to year.

(The board voted to formalize the practice of holding the April board meeting at the site of the Fall Symposium.  This gives board members an opportunity to preview the facilities chosen for the Symposium.)

An Annual Members Meeting is also held during he annual Fall Symposium.

For 2007, the exact dates of the meetings are January 20, April 21, July 21, and October 20.  The April and October board meetings are held at the site of the Fall Symposium.  In 2007, that is Georgetown.  The January and July board meetings will be held in Fredericksburg.

The July 2007 board meeting will be held in Fredericksburg at the usual location.  Gillespie County Historical Society at 312 West San Antonio Street.
